The Gabon
The Josephites have been in The Gabon since 1985 working in the Diocese of Franceville. Although the Josephites are not involved in the administration of any schools in The Gabon, there is plenty of catechetical work with young people in the two parishes they are responsible for as well as being chaplains to schools. The two parishes, St Musaka and Notre Dame de la Salette, are some distance from each other being 30 and 200 kilometres respectively from Franceville. The current Superior of the Josephites in The Gabon is the Episcopal Vicar to the Bishop for that part of the diocese.
